LOMBRICES DE TIERRA

Las lombrices de tierra pertenecen a los llamados “ingenieros del ecosistema”, quienes modifican la distribución y abundancia de las comunidades bacterianas🦠 y fúngicas🍄 dentro del suelo, contribuyen al mejoramiento de su estructura y función al incorporar materia orgánica🍂, formar agregados y mover partículas, influyendo así en la porosidad, aeración, infiltración y fertilidad; como consecuencia, promueven el crecimiento y productividad de las plantas.🌱🌿🌳

Aun conociendo los grandes beneficios que estos organismos otorgan al suelo, no son utilizados al momento de establecer y utilizar diferentes practicas agrícolas, en las que muchas de estas tienen efectos negativos en la comunidad de lombrices, como la labranza y quemas repetidas🔥, aunado a esto el sobrepastoreo🐄 y uso excesivo de agroquímicos☢️ también afectan a las lombrices, y por lo tanto su capacidad de regenerar el suelo. ____________________________________________________________
